with a passion for holistic wellness, Haley and Nick were exposed to traditional sauna culture while living in Minnesota. Getting first hand experience in the benefits of sauna and cold-plunge, the couple wanted to bring this culture of holistic wellness back to South Dakota. Therefore, a partnership with family formed with a mission to build a community that supports the wellness of the individual through connection with others.
